Orbalife takes the payment for every product it sells, so the charge appears as orbalife.com (or ORBALIFE) rather than under the name of the product you bought.
One-off payment, nothing recurring
If you added an extra item at checkout, each extra item shows as a separate payment on the same day. There are no subscriptions and nothing is taken later.
Not sure about a charge? Ask us first
Email us with your order number. We can refund, resend or correct an address within 1 working day. A dispute through your bank takes weeks and puts your order on hold.

Dispatched in 1 to 2 working days
You get a shipping email with a tracking number and a link. Need to change the address? Email us before dispatch.

Delivered to your door
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. The estimate for your parcel is in your shipping email.

30 days to change your mind
Not happy with your product? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund to the same card.
